All rooms are located in one of central Manchester’s old mills close to the ring road. Take a look at our client list
Double rooms (2-bands sharing) are very large – 7m x 5.5m – and have a PA system supplied as part of the package. Room cost is £150 per band pcm payable by standing order or direct debit at the beginning of each month.
Single rooms are 4.5m x 4.5m 0r 8m x 3m. Room cost is £180 pcm payable by standing order or direct debit at the beginning of each month.
All rooms are soundproofed to a high standard using a soundblock-twinwall system
Access
Access is 9am – 11pm weekdays and 10.30am – 11pm weekends and bank holidays. You will be provided with your own key to the inner gate and of course your own room. You will be given all security codes to access the complex. All rooms are ground floor or 1st floor with large lift
Security
There are 5 coded or padlocked doors between your equipment and the street and we have staff patrolling the grounds at regular intervals during evening sessions. We have secure parking on-site.
Other
We have fully certificated electrical and fire systems and full public liability insurance. You are responsible for the insurance of your own equipment. See our music services page for advice on this subject.
Unlike many other Manchester rehearsal studios you are not tied into a contract (unless you want one for your own security)
