We have rooms available for hire on a per-session basis. All rooms are located in one of central Manchester’s old mills close to the ring road.

We have secure parking on-site.

Each of our rooms have their own unique character and include a bass amp, two guitar amps, PA, all mics and stands and a basic drum kit (there is a £5 hire charge for bass pedal, cymbals and hihat clutch).

Everything inc tea and coffee, pool and table football is included for the price of £25 for a 3½ hour session.  Extensions to these sessions are charged at £10 per hour.

Cancellation Policy

There is a £15 cancellation charge payable on your next rehearsal if you cancel without two clear days notice.  We have to strictly enforce this in order to keep our prices low and to stay in business.  Sorry for this necessary inconvenience.

Monthly Payment Deal

If you pay £100 up-front at the beginning of each calendar month, we will guarantee your choice of room (for a regular weekly slot).

Benefits

1. Any additional days in that month will be free.  For example, July 2009 has five Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays, so you would get a free session if that was your rehearsal night.
2. With two full days notice, you may reschedule for another day that month, as long as there is a free room that day.  N.B. this may not be your preferred room.

Time slots

Slots are three and a half hours, with a half hour break for clearing up and changing over. All sessions are charged at £25, as of 1 September 2008.

The main gates are opened at 10:30am and locked at 11pm.
